Maximise your training sessions with an intra workout. Sick of feeling drained during your gym sessions? It could be related to your health status⊠This is exactly why I like to utilise intra workout drinks when training early or late and it might just be the shift you need to improve your strength and energy levels. Let's break some of my go to ingredients down: â Essential amino acids: These are like the building blocks of protein and can keep your muscles fueled during exercise and even aid in repair. â Creatine: It's essential for ATP energy production and overall health. â Electrolytes: Your body needs them for everything, from hydration, to muscle contractions and keep your heart pumping smoothly. I suggest mixing these ingredients into 1 to 1.5 litres of water in a glass or stainless steel bottle (no plastic). Then sip on it just before and during your workout.
