 This is exactly why I like to utilise intra workout drinks when training early or late and it might just be the shift you need to improve your strength and energy levels. Let's break some of my go to ingredients down: ✅ Essential amino acids: These are like the building blocks of protein and can keep your muscles fueled during exercise and even aid in repair. ✅ Creatine: It's essential for ATP energy production and overall health. ✅ Electrolytes: Your body needs them for everything, from hydration, to muscle contractions and keep your heart pumping smoothly.
