Hello my dear ones.
First I apologise for the late upload but as you know already we had our LDA CARNIAVL on Saturday 6th July and it was FABULOUS!!!! We was joined by some of the amazing Dancers and speakers who performed phenomenal!!

I would like to take this opportunity thank you so much for being apart of our amazing day, it means a lot to us and we sure hope to see you again next year!!

Here's to another year where we celebrate LEARNING DISABILITY WEEK!! the events and organised by the charity Mencap is an opportunity to raise awareness about different learning disabilities: what life is like for those who have one and to also celebrate what people with learning disabilities bring to society.

Learning disability week is held every year in the third week of June, this is aimed to raise awareness of like for those with learning disability.

Hi everyone,

Our team is really excited to inform you about the upcoming second of its kind, learning Disability Carnival. A massive celebration and awareness: building event for individual's with learning disabilities!

We are inviting you to come and join us for a day of entertainment, learning and involvement in the community! More information below on the flyer: CHECK IT OUT!!

The event will take place Saturday 6TH July 2024 from 11 - 5 pm : North End Croydon near by the main entrance to Whitgift centre and Centrale.

"We firmly believe that everyone attending the learning disability carnival will benefit from this special day. We do also encourage respect, acceptance and support for individuals with learning disabilities in our community by holding amazing events like this.

If you are interested in being part of the main action at the carnival as a performer or staff, we be more than happy to included you in the days events, just get yourself in touch with the manager, further details. ( below the flyer)

Please be aware that the stalls for vendors are available at a fee and the information stall are free of charge!!

Yesterday, Tuesday at myspace in we gathered as team to come up with our own designs to decorate T-shirts and bags, we was joined by Croydon College and other individuals from different organisations who also took part. We had lots of fun and everyone was smiling.

Friday our team LDA CIC was invited to Croydon College. During our time there we got involved with workshops and meeting many individuals.
We was so pleased to be apart the community and sharing our expertise about what we are passionate about.
