All of us at First Option Healthcare would like to show our appreciation for one of our newer additions, James Brown.

James is a Recruitment Consultant, his role consists of supporting care managers with staff, supporting our PALMS division, building a talent pool to ensure we are in position to take on clients in a timely and effective manner, going out of the office on site visits with our families to gain the best possible understanding of the clients’ needs to help tailor his service, business development and so much more.

Despite his busy schedule, he has recently helped step into Care Management whilst a member of the team is on absent leave.
James said “I feel this aspect is super rewarding as the parents have appreciated my support and I have built a good relationship with them in the short time I’ve spent looking after our clients.”
