Hello everyone!

Sorry I’ve been so MIA! We’ve been organising the next stages of our house renovation so I got awfully caught up in all of that. My mind is constantly spinning with new ideas and I’m also hoping to rebrand soon.

I’ve had a few orders recently, some of which I’ve forgotten to take photos of before sending off - sacrilege! 😳😱🤦🏻‍♀️
I’m busy working on another couple at the moment.

Just wanted to share this order I sent off the other week! It was ordered for a little ones bedroom, how perfect! 😍 I loved it a lot!

How cute is this little personalised jumper that was ordered as a gift last week 😍

I’ve decided that going forward I’m going to finish all the jumpers with zigzag stitch, instead of straight, it’s more effort but I just love how the finished product looks 🤩

I had a customer get in touch asking if I could make a sweatshirt for her adorable daughter, with her first name on it
And of course I was more than happy to give it a try 💕

I chose to finish the letters off with a zigzag stitch and I think it turned out pretty well ☺️

Doesn’t the pink just absolutely pop against the dark background 😍

Handmade from shells, sea glass and pottery found on my local beaches on the east coast of Scotland. Completed in a white sustainable wood frame with a double mount and glass front 🐚

You guys sure are loving the Betsy Ann fabric on a darker background, and it’s not hard to see why! 😍

Once I finished this multi colour circle I realised I’d damaged the frame with my glue gun 🤦🏻‍♀️

My plan was to try and pry the backing off the frame (in this frame it’s attached) and move it into a different frame. I’m really trying to cut down on waste for environmental reasons so wondered if there’d be much interest in this at a reduced price? - £25 + postage.

The damage is very small and could possibly be repaired, if not then you won’t see it once it’s hanging on a wall or standing on a shelf ☺️🐚

Regular vs organic sweatshirts 🌱

Regular is more of a looser relaxed fit and a lighter weight fabric. Organic is longer, heavier weight fabric, thicker cuffs and a slimmer fit.

Which would you prefer? 🤔

I’ve chopped an changed between brands so many times but I think I’ll just offer them both and people can decide which they would prefer.

I had an order on Etsy and was asked to include a happy birthday note as it’s getting sent straight to the recipient. I chose to purchase wildflower seed paper for the note, meaning that they can plant the paper somewhere in their garden (or in a pot if preferred) and some beautiful wildflowers should grow 🌻🌷🌼

Hello everyone!

Here’s a lampshade I recently made for our sunroom in a gorgeous Sophie Allport fabric 🐘 🦒 🦓

What do you guys think?
Is there much interest/market for handmade light shades? 🤔

We moved to our new home nearly 4 months ago and the sunroom quickly turned into a playroom/family room.
I always knew I wanted to do a safari theme for the playroom when we moved and this is still my plan. We haven’t got round to decorating in here yet with all the other renovations we have to do, so excuse the wood panelled ceiling 🤣 we are slowly picking apart the 80’s ‘modernising’ that the poor house endured a while back.

Sorry I’ve been so quiet, life has been pretty busy catching up with people and it seems that our little one likes to save up all his difficult times for when my husband goes offshore 🤦🏻‍♀️ we’re 2.5 weeks into this stint and so far we’ve had the 15 month sleep regression, some tough teething times with canines and now his first ever cold 😩 pass me the caffeine! Sleep is so overrated 🥴

This was the first Scottish shell art that I made last summer. I decided to keep it because I loved it so much 🙈 but we knew we’d be moving house and ever since it was finished it’s been sitting bubble wrapped in a box 😔 now we’re renovating our new house I don’t know when it’ll get out on display. So my question is...should I just list it for sale?

Took my little gang back to the beach yesterday as I was needing to find some tiny shells for a design I’m working on.
I’ve absolutely no idea if it’ll turn out like I’m hoping it will but I thought I’d just try it 🤞🏼😂

Here’s a few of some of my favourites that I found 😍🐚
I didn’t get as many as I’d have liked as there was a feral 14 month old running around touching everything and splashing in rock pools that I had to try and keep alive at the same time 👀

I think I’ve found my new favourite beach for tiny shells though and I’ll definitely be trying to go back soon to get more. Swipe to see just how tiny some of them are!
