The one time I made this surprise cake for birthday boy Jamie. He ordered a chocolate cake specific trimmings and all sorts …. but got a Pennywise AKA the clown from IT cake. ( one of his favourite movie characters) Really enjoyed making this one .Yummilicious triple chocolate threat : moist chocolate cake, chocolate frosting and chocolate ganache 🍫🍫🍫. Jamie’s reaction was priceless and utter delight… it reminds me why I enjoy what I do.

6days ago the gorgeous .bxoxo turned 18 . It was an honour to be part of your special day . In this cake : 2 chocolate cake layers with vanilla cake in the middle , complimented with Oreo buttercream. Beth’s day was extra special, as she shares a birthday with her beautiful mom Clare.. we made some cupcakes for her which can be seen be in our next post.
