Toilet left leaking for some time causing substantial damage. Removed, repaired and remodeled to allow easier access for wheelchair access.

Not usually the type of work I do but just tidied up the mess the last builder left.

A handyman job carried out. The bath wasn't fitted well creating a gap at the tap end too deep for a decent seal. Removed old silicone (and paper to pack out the gap 🙈) and fit a quadrant bead to bridge the gap.

Recent job in Aylesford. Three bedrooms decorated. Two with Farrow & Ball paint and one with Superfresco wallpaper. Also fit the laminate flooring using Wickes 12mm moisture resistant laminate. Nice stuff to use. Highly recommend it.

Small handy under cupboard built and painted.

Perfect weather for outside repairs. Timber badly rotten. Removed timber beading and made a new one. Applied Ronseal wet rot wood hardener and filled using Toupret Wood Repair Filler. Painted with Bedec Multi surface gloss paint.

Temporary home for a client awaiting the purchase of their new home. Replaced a few damaged doors and k***s. Replaced worktops and breakfast bar with upstands. The rainbow was out as I left so tried to reach the end but it kept moving, so Aylesford will be my next destination to be working in next week.

Brought this lounge and dining room back to life. Walls were so dark. Customer colour matched a Farrow & Ball colour with Valspar Premium Emulsion. Must say it covered well.

Customer disliked the 80's style oak vaneer unit's. Painted to blend in with the wall with Farrow & Ball paint.

Uncovered a poor condition wall badly affected by condensation. Washed, treated, sealed and lined with Wallrock Thermal Liner. Should stop and further issue's and make the room a bit warmer. Much needed with the current energy hike.

Tired property brought back to life. Will probably be snapped up by a developer so a basic white decoration and basic kitchen installed, if the house is to be habited while the new owners make their improvements on the property.

Next job taking me upto around Christmas. Full redecoration and kitchen to get the house ready for going on the market in the New Year. Will be a blank canvas for the new home owners to put their stamp on this lovely 2 to 3 bed bungalow in Hextable.

Nice local job in West Kingsdown. Two bedrooms freshly plastered. Fit Torus skirting boards. Complete decoration to the rooms. New light pendants and curtain poles.

Lovely job in nice clean white finish. Removing the grey wood work and put back to white. Feature wall in and bannisters in Satin Black. Customer is sanding the oak flooring and varnishing in Dark Oak. Looking forward to seeing the photo's once done.

The sad news today in where 4 people have died in a household fire has highlighted the fact how important fire stopping items in the home are so important. This is the second Fire Door I have removed in a new(ish) build property in Kings Hill. All doors have been hung on Drywall screws and one screw has snapped as the screws are not strong and not designed to hold the weight of a fire door. In the event of a fire the doors will fail. Always ensure your doors are upto standard and will reduce the spread of fire.
