No. We support and educate our members around their daily nutrition.

No. We teach people how to create a sustainable, balanced lifestyle.

🍏 Can I just drop in?
Yes & No. Your first visit is appointment only. After that, you can drop in anytime during our opening hours -
Mon, Fri 7am-11:00am
Sat, 7:00am-10:00am

🍏 Is there a charge for your wellness consultation ?
No. We offer this service completely free right now.

My name is Karen and I'm a trainee coach based in Dee_Lite Nutrition club based in Dawley, Telford.

My mission is to help as many people in the local and surrounding communities feel happier and healthier.
