Reiki
Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin.
The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki).
It is a holistic or light touch energy based healing system, and Reiki can re-establish the correct flow of energy within the body to heal on all levels.
It is a gentle hands on healing technique to balance the body's energy centres known as chakras. It treats the whole person including body, mind, emotion and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.
