Most people know what it's like to feel stressed, or to have experienced stressful situations or periods in life. Even people who simply induce stress within us. The last three months has brought about much stress and a barrage of stress related situations and emotions to many people.

It's difficult to put the definition of stress into one simple sentence. The sense of being stressed often links to:

*Circumstances, events, situations that put too much pressure on us – for example, too much workload, uncertain or precarious situations, basically anything we don't have much control over what happens.

*Our own perspective and / or reaction to being placed under pressure – the feelings we get when we have demands placed on that are too much, and make us feel overwhelmed.

In July, I will be delivering two free of charge meditations to help with managing stress and the emotions that come with it.

The Crystal Club is a month long online series of workshops, mediation and crystal energy healing. In July we are exploring the amazing Amethyst crystal.

We will be working with Amethyst from the 1st to the 31st July to help alleviate stress, aid healing from past trauma and release negative emotions. We will also be working with Amethyst for spiritual development to develop and to heighten intuition.

The Crystal Club is held for the entire month on a private Facebook group page. A lovingly cleansed and charged Amethyst crystal will be posted to your home address. There are weekly workshops on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm. These are held live via zoom. Don't worry if you miss any of the workshops, they are recorded and can be accessed on the private group page at any time to suit you best. Once you are a member you can go back to any of the workshops and information for the months you joined.

It's a two way process. You can't recieve if you don't give. Not that's a reason to do good, we should always act from a place of love. Balance is required, you can't keep giving and never take back, and vice versa.

You may have also found yourself worrying about the future too. You are being guided to focus on the here and now. Let go of what has been, it no longer serves you. Don't fret over the future, have faith you are being guided to the path that will bring about what you need. Be conscious of your thoughts as they may become your reality.
