St John Ambulance Derbyshire
As the nation's leading first aid charity, we want to teach everyone simple, life saving skills.
🚨Remember:
💔Cardiac arrest is an electrical problem - the person will be unconscious.
💔Heart attack is a circulation problem - the person will probably be conscious.
Get to recognise the difference so you know what action to take in an emergency.
This October, St John Ambulance is teaming up with Resuscitation Council UK, and other organisations all over the world to raise awareness of cardiac arrest and teach CPR.
In the UK, less than one in 10 people survive an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.
Knowing CPR means that one day, you could help save the life of your family, friend, or stranger.
Will you join us and give them the best chance of surviving?
