The Little Reiki Cabin

As most of my diet is plant based I have a weekly ritual. I take all the leftover bits from the week, and out of the garden and make a tray of roasted vegetables. Also a soup out of the stray carrots, spinach, courgettes, etc. whatever is in the veg drawer cook with a few vegan boullion cubes. Then you can put your roasted veg together either it, whizz it together. Soooo nice. 😊

Breakfast of champions. My best hummus yet! Two tins of chickpeas one of butter beans (beans of your choice), 5-6 tbs tahini, 1/4 cup olive oil, 5 garlic cloves, whole bunch fresh coriander, juice 4 lemons, handful cumin seeds, salt to taste, 2 chilis reseeded. Whizz all together. So good, and so good for you. 😊🙏

Kitchen witch morning. Naughty oatmeal raisin cookies, and MORE damson jam. The problem being that when the trees in the garden have given so much hard work all year, nurturing and growing the fruit, I feel negligent not using it. But when damson season is done, apples are ready to pick. Bramleys, cox’s, russets. Trees sooo heavy. I’m defo going to pull the apple press out of the shed . Cider time 😊😊

On wings of gossamer light
Tapestries so bright that could only have been painted

Their movements drawing our eyes holding us entranced

With the wave of Gaia's wand

Made Vietnamese vegetable rolls at my daughter’s house last week. So amazing, delicious and healthy. Going to give it a go tonight for our dinner. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Watched the Davinci Code after nearly 20 years from watching it the first time. With new eyes and awareness of the Divine Feminine it was amazing, inspiring, fascinating. Watch it again. Amazing.

Fuuuniest sight while swimming on the lake this morning. Passed a heron on my left and scared him. He took off swimming not even a meter above the water right over three Canadian geese swimming past. Flew so close to them they actually bent their necks and had to duck to keep from being wiped out. I’ve never seen a goose duck!!! 🤣🤣 an honest to goodness true story 🤣🤣🤣
