eramic Core Solutions presents CSS419 Ceramic Core Material

CCS419 ceramic core material has been developed for the manufacture of general core shapes that are to be used within an Equiax casting process.

CSS419 can be purchased in a variety of formats

1. Pre-Mixed – Material is delivered in slab form that has been already been blended with the binder system so that it can be added directly to your injection moulding machine.

2. Formulation – You can purchase the entire material formulation that includes raw materials, weights and processing technology.

3. Pre-Blended – Material can be purchased as a separate powder blend with binder system sold separately so that you can perform your own mixing and blending operation.

Ceramic Core Solutions are proud to announce the release of our improved ceramic core material CCS 424.

CCS424 is a ceramic core material that has been tailor made for Aluminium investment casting applications. The material has been developed for its incredible ability to be removed by water blasting or even slight agitation in warm water.

All ceramic cores made from CCS424 are thoroughly impregnated using a vacuum system in order for the core to survive the casting process – during the investment casting process this impregnation material is burnt off leaving the core that then be easily removed.

We offer production of ceramic cores made from CCS424, but as well as this we also offer customers the opportunity to purchase pre-mixed materials or the complete material formulation.
