Empowering young explorers to safely make the most of the web For children growing up, the online environment plays a significant part in their lives.
We all have our part to play in making the online environment a safer, better place for young explorers! It’s a place for them to enhance their learning, connect with new ideas and discover more about the world around them. That’s why it’s so important we help children to become confident and capable explorers, so they can safely make the most of all the wonderful benefits technology has to offer.
After 6 long weeks of non weigh bearing I finally made it back into the office, and I couldn’t be happier!
I-vengers is a peer led online safety program with superhero tasks based on local data. Funded by the the Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire (Angelique Foster) we are currently supporting over 30,000 children and young people!
Coming soon… Welsh I-vengers! All the brilliance of regular I-vengers but in the Welsh language and finally I-vengers Special Agents, rewritten by a SEND Specialist to help protect our most vulnerable young people online! The I-vengers visited William Gilbert primary in Duffield today. Our session was somewhat overshadowed by the arrival of the chicks!
