I am so behind with posting photos, I have so many cakes to show you all. With the madness of summer holidays and juggling work aswell as cakes I've got a bit behind with social media.

Yesterday I was really lucky to spend the day with who taught me how to make these beautiful sugar flowers 💕

I've never made sugar flowers before and have always wanted to learn so that I can start to offer them on cake orders.

Looking forward to getting the time to create some more 🥰

I had 4 cakes to work on a couple of weeks ago and then the husband decided to casually ask if I could just add in 36 cupcakes for him to take to work 🫣

Not quite sure where he thought I was going to fit them in but I managed it.... just 😅

Finding Nemo cake for Ralphies first birthday celebrations 🌊🐟

I decided to challenge myself with this cake and have a go using my .options stand.

Safe to say, I definitely learnt a lot as I went along.
Dairy free buttercreamdoesn'tt set as hard as normal buttercream, which made moving the top tier tricky 🫣

For saying I didn't get back from holiday until yesterday afternoon and it needed to be ready for 10am this morning, I don't think I did too badly with it, though.

The top tier was made dairy free so the birthday boy could enjoy the cake too 🥰

Loved creating these cakes for twins Ayan and Ishan for their 4th birthday.

Ayan requested a chocolate gruffalo themed cake with a picture of a caterpillar.

Ishan requested a vanilla spiderman cake with a picture of a wolf.

Not going to lie I was a little stressed out getting these done whilst also looking after both children but I'm so pleased with how they turned out 😊

Wow it's been fun making cakes today. I like the sun but I don't like the combination of buttercream and the sun 🌞
But with the fan on all day, we made it through 😊

Can't wait until we move house and I can use the air conditioning 😁

Cute horse cake for Amelias 12th birthday 😍

Bluey has to be one of my favourite children tv programmes and I love creating Bluey cakes 💕

For this one I was sent an inspo photo that the customer had fallen in love with, but she also wanted daisies adding to it. I think it turned out super cute 🥰

2 layers of 8 inch sponge, filled and covered with biscoff buttercream. Finished with biscoff drip, more biscoff buttercream and biscoff biscuits 😋🥰

This cake was finished off with an edible print photo on top to celebrate Victoria's graduation 👩‍🎓

3 layers of chocolate sponge, filled with raspberry flavoured buttercream, covered with chocolate ganache and finished with Saracino fondant 😋

This cake request was very different to my usual style of cake, but it was also a cake that meant a lot to the family and I was very pleased to help bring it to life for them.

Round the edge of the cake is Alec's favourite vinyl albums 🥰

Last minute order for Violets birthday after her original cake maker had to cancel. Really pleased with how it turned out though 🥰

It's been a super busy 24 hours getting orders done and I'm definitely ready to sit down now before starting again tomorrow.

Another one from last month, this time a 2 layer mini chocolate cake. Filled and covered with kinder buttercream and topper with kinder chocolates. The kitchen smelt so good for hours after 😊

The hippo with the missing eye annoyed me far more than it should have done though 🙈🤣
