I would like to write this post for my customers.

I would firstly like to thank everyone that has supported me and my buisness through the time it’s been running. I appreciate each and everyone of my customers as my buisness wouldn’t be where it is now without you.

I would like to sincerely apologise to my customers. As we are all aware the weather hasn’t been the best for a while now, due to this it’s causing a back log on jobs. This is resulting in scheduled dates not being met and customers being rearranged, in some cases several times. Unfortunately I can’t control the weather and it’s out of my hands. Due to the bad weather, jobs that I am managing to do are taking longer, resulting in less jobs being completed on a daily basis.

I am doing everything in my power to rectify this and get back on track. I am still investing in my buissness daily to improve results and improve customer satisfaction. I have recently invested in a van to increase capacity and able to carry more equipment with me at all times.

Many customers I have spoken to are very understanding of the situation. I would like to thank you very much for that. I understand it’s frustrating for you, it is for me as well. This is a job I love and have a lot of passion for.

Please bear with me in this difficult time. There’s a lot of gardeners out there that are yet to begin gardening or have done a lot less than me.

Very different to what I usually do but was asked if it was possible if I could clean out her small outdoor pond as she’s no longer able to do it. Of course I was happy to, and I can tell you she was amazed with the result and 5 very happy goldfish 🐠

What a massive difference I have made to this garden. This garden was left untouched for quite some time due to the customers busy schedules and was unable to find time to maintain it. After contacting several gardeners and being quoted £££ and being told it’s several days work. She finally came across JR Garden Maintenance. With not much hope on getting the garden done for the budget they had I am proud to make there wishes come true. This garden took me half a day to complete which meant they could carry on with their day.

Another job I completed the other day

I was contacted to cut back the overhanging tree/Bush from the neighbouring property, Aswell as remove all larger w**ds from the gravel and cut and neaten the shrub at the front of the property. All smaller w**ds were treated with w**d killer
What a difference yet again this has made to the appearance of the property 🤩

Here’s some before and after photos of a job I did I few days ago, this was the garden/ Back yard of a popular local takeaway in alvaston. The back yard to this was quite large, however the job got done and another very satisfied customer 🤩

This lady came to me wanting her garden manageable so she could get out and unwind in the lovely weather ☀️
