Here’s what session awaits us:

Set1: Three reps of 90s, with 45s recovery.
Set2: Three reps of 80s, with 40s recovery.
Set3: Three reps of 70s, with 35s recovery.
Set4: Three reps of 60s, with 30s recovery.
Set5: Three reps of 50s, with 25s recovery.
Set6: Three reps of 40s, with 20s recovery.

There’ll be a 90s rest every two sets.
