The latest in line of excellent food pop ups to come to the bar is The Trough, bringing you pulled pork, pulled brisket and mac and cheese 😁

They'll be down outside the bar this Saturday, the 2nd, from 5.00pm til 8.30pm or so, so why not come down and give them a go.

Recently, one of our regular families had a sad loss of a loved family member. They're going to be doing an 8 mile walk on Saturday the 9th of November with friends and family to raise funds for Ashgate Hospice:

Now we've all (hopefully) recovered, let's reflect on what was a FANTASTIC Oktoberfest 2024! Here's the day in numbers:

- 598 pints
- 330 tacos by Lets Taco ‘Bout It (they sold out completely)
- 32 bottles of wine
- 28 cans of alcohol free (no wonder the top shelf in the big fridge was empty! 😂 )
- 8 members of the SUPERB brass band
- 1 incredible night

This coming Thursday we have a new pop up outside the bar! 😁 . We have BAH BAH Mezze, who do DEEEE-LISH persian street food!

I've tried them before at my local pub and am chuffed they're visiting us 👌

It's 24 hours until Oktoberfest party time! 😁

Remember we have Lets Taco ‘Bout It from 3.00pm, with the awesome brass band starting around 7.30pm.
