I had the honour of making this wedding cake for a friend’s special day. A traditional fruit cake bottom tier and a dummy top tier, complete with handmade red Naomi roses, burgundy hypericum and lisianthus.

Another charity cake! This one is a double layer, super deep luxurious fruit cake, topped with lots of sweet treats and marshmallows figures-a cake to appeal to the small kids and big kids!

3 tiers of 3 deep sponges and fillings (top tier- lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon buttercream, middle tier-carrot cake with spiced cream cheese buttercream, bottom tier-rich chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache buttercream). Their florist provided extra flowers so I could cut, prepare and set each flower/foliage in place to match the other flower arrangements.

Something extra special and decadent for Christmas…gingerbread profiteroles (filled with roasted white chocolate ganache, meringue kisses, golden chocolate globes, toffee pieces and chocolate sauce) and spiced Christmas tree brownies…both were VERY popular 😋

For those interested, the weight was = 3.66kg!!!
