It’s with a heavy heart that we must announce Mukky Duck, after 20 years will no longer be running weekly events for the students in Derby!

Derby University Students Union have decided they no longer need our services and feel students will be better off without us and as such have cut ties with us effective immediately.

Mukky Duck will no longer be providing its entertainment or welfare services to the Student Union. We are deeply saddened to be going but have no choice.

Just to clarify we as a brand are nothing to do with Popworld, Friary, Fever, or the University any longer and we do not support their nights or their venues. Don’t believe the lies! The University have never owned Mukky Duck and never will.

However, 👈

We fully support the Session wristband, and believe it gives a bigger variety of events at better venues for a cheaper price.

All we ever wanted to do is give the students the best nights out!
