I used 15 different types of silver, gold and semi-precious stones to create this tiny representation of a Northumberland rock pool in a sterling silver wire frame. So summer has finally arrived (hope I haven’t jinxed it) and here’s a cute little boho/hippy style pendant, perfect for holidays, BBQs or just lovely days out. I upcycled the rose quartz, rescuing it and its sisters from a previous incarnation as part of a slightly sad necklace, and teamed it with a gorgeous amethyst to give it a bit of sparkle. What a fab day of trading we’ve had at the Spring Market in Sadler Gate! The weather was perfect, the music was great and everyone enjoyed the party. Even the Aged Ps popped by for a visit. Thanks to Love Sadler Gate for a really professional event, to Melbourne Soap Company for keeping us entertained and, as always, to my wingman, Clive Thompson for doing the heavy lifting. PS: can you spot the mini May poles? In for a penny, as they say….😁

My new chakra jewellery collection of bracelets, pendants and complementary earrings is (finally) all boxed up and ready to launch, alongside other new pieces, at the Spring market in Sadler Gate, Derby on Saturday. A bright and bracing start at today’s Christmas fair in the greenhouse at Swarkestone Nursery. I’m thrilled to bits with the way the stand is looking now, thanks in no small part to the Big Fella’s construction skills. The logo on my new necklace display stand really looks the business and the new lighting works a treat

5 Elements Jewellery will be here this weekend at this great, free, Christmas shopping event. We have lots of gorgeous new pieces all gift-boxed and ready to go. Come and say hello if you’re in the area!

Here we are again back at Swarkestone Nursery for the Autumn Gift Fair, looking - well, you decide😆. Really pleased with the changes we’ve made to the stand, especially the new earring stand made by my very own Mr Fixit at DRP Services !

I’m very excited about my new ‘mermaid’ pendant design, which took a bit of working out and a few false starts to make. The sterling silver frame is filled with gorgeous freshwater pearls and silver beads - I feel a new range coming on!

A week after returning from our bi-annual pilgrimage to Northumberland (our spiritual home) and I’ve been sorting through my beach treasures. Crikey - that WAS a long ‘feet up’ wasn’t it?! You could be forgiven for thinking that we’d disappeared off into the sunset but far from it. There’s going to be lots of exciting developments at 5 Elements Jewellery so watch this space! First up is a lovely craft and winter garden event at Broomfield Hall on 5 March so why not make it a date and we’ll see you there!

Well, that’s the end of Christmas fair season for us, and the cloisters of Newstead Abbey are now deserted. We’ve met some smashing folks in the past 5 weeks, made new friends and caught up with some old ones. Special thanks to my Clive at DRP Services for being courier, loadmaster, security and entertainer. Off to put my feet up now

We’ll be taking some of my favourite pieces from the 5 Elements Jewellery coastal and elemental collections to atmospheric Newstead Abbey this weekend. It’s our last fair of the season, and it’s going to be great, so come along and say hello to us (and the famous peacocks!)

Mulled wine, mince pies, festive music, lots of gorgeous and unique gifts and treats from local small businesses, all at the lovely Beaumanor Hall. We’ll be there, getting in the Christmas spirit - who will be joining us?!
