"My Personal Retreat

Crystal Rose Therapy has created a space where, from the moment I step into her cabin, the stresses of everyday life melt away. Today I entered the space and was immediately transported to somewhere calming, welcoming, with a beautiful essential oil fragrance that just perfectly set the mood for the treatment I had booked.

I had the facial massage and the IET treatment, which starts off with Rosemary applying hot towels to my face and upper chest area. From that point on I was just in heaven. The warmth, care and consideration which Rosemary shows her clients is wonderful and I was so relaxed by the first part of the session that I fell asleep several times during the following IET session. The feedback I received from Rosemary once the IET was completed, was constructive, kind, and held meaning for me on a deep level. She held space for me to process and talk about anything that was coming up for me and it was a gentle transition back to the demands of everyday life once the treatment was over.

Rosemary has created the perfect space for healing. It really is like a little haven to me. And I look forward to many, many more visits in the future.
