We have no choice but to raise our prices a little once more. We are all subjected to inflation, however, commercial expenses are significantly higher.

These price increases are to help with the continuous hike of Electricity, Gas, Rates and Water prices. Also shipping fees, delivery’s, product costs and insurance's escalating .I hope you all understand as it’s been a very crippling for us all. However, Everything is moving up and we have to move with it to keep our business sustainable.

❌ Notice to all clients ❌

Please like when you have read.

Due to the increase on pricing of products, rent, electric, water, etc, we have had to adjust how we are pricing our treatments.

Going forward from today there will no longer be a set price on nails..

The price of each appointment will now depend on what you get, ie, builder gel, gel polish, nail art etc..

We have always charged the same flat price for nails no matter what you get, however we feel now is the time to make the adjustment based on the set you get..

Builder gel takes a lot longer than a gel polish, detailed nails takes a lot longer than a plain set of nails, therefore the price of your appointment will differ accordingly.

We think this is only fair as someone getting plain nails can’t be charged the same as someone getting detailed nails so we hope you all understand the reason for this change happening.

We would like to point out that the majority of clients fall into the category of builder gel infill and gel polish .. Please refer to the picture below to see a rough estimate what your appointment will cost..

Again we hope you understand the decision for this happening and we appreciate that people can be struggling with all these increases happening, however we want to continue to be able to provide you with high quality products and treatments.

If anyone has any questions or require more information about the price of your appointment or anything else, please give us a wee message and we will get back to you asap..

Everyone please read!!

I know this will seem a bit far fetched to people and not going with the government ‘guidelines’ however these are the measures that we have set in place in the salon regarding Covid 19 to protect ourselves and all of our clients in the run up to Christmas..

These apply to everyone whether you are double vaccinated or not ..

Everyone will have their opinions, as do we, and we are doing this purely so that we all can enjoy Christmas without the worry of contracting this virus ..

First, can we ask you all to do a wee lateral flow test before attending your appointment just to take extra precaution.

❌ Can we please ask everyone to WEAR a mask or visor and sanitise your hands when entering the salon.

❌ Please attend your appointment alone.

❌ If you feel unwell in any way or have been in close contact with someone who tested positive with covid-19, please CANCEL your appointment until you have a negative test result.

Although government guidelines state that those who are double vaccinated do not need to isolate if in contact with a positive case, can we please ask that if you have been in contact with a positive case, please present a negative test result before coming to your appointment.

We would like to enjoy Christmas with our family too, so please do not put us at risk by coming to your appointment if you are unwell, have a covid test booked or are waiting on test results.

Sorry to be so strict but with this new variant about we need to protect everyone coming to the salon. Please respect our decision on this as we don’t want anyone falling sick over Christmas especially if it can be avoided with these measures.

Anywaysssssss, on a positive note, it is Christmas after all, so let’s get in the Christmas cheer and enjoy the next few weeks 🥳

❌ NOTICE - ENFORCEMENT OF CANCELLATION FEE ❌

Not to start the day off with negativity however, we just want to make you aware of the importance of cancelling in good time .. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and this is why ..

This is nothing personal to any of our clients, this is just a notice about our cancellation policy and a new cancellation fee ..

On Wednesday ALONE, between the 3 nail artists, we received 8 last minute cancellations .. EIGHT..

Now, let alone that this is the busiest time of the year but we have asked time and time again to contact us in good time if you need to cancel your appointment..

We understand that things happen that are out of your control that lead to needing to cancel last minute, however if it’s just the case that you can’t be bothered due to the weather etc, please let us know at least the night before so we can allocate the appointment to someone on the waiting list ..

From now on in we have no choice but to enforce the policy of a cancellation fee of £10 if you cancel last minute or do not show for your appointment ..

Every other salon has this policy. We have been very lenient and understanding when it comes to cancellations as we are quite friendly with all of our clients, however we are trying to run a business and have no other choice but to stand by this policy..

If it was your dentist you wouldn’t miss the appointment because they too charge a fee for a missed appointment, so please have the same consideration for us ..

Again we understand that some things are out of your control and you have no other choice but to cancel your appointment last minute.. But please if you know the night before there is a chance of you not making it, pop us a wee message and we will be more than happy to accommodate you ..

Hey girls 👋🏽

Just a little reminder 🤪

As all of us know, you can be caught off guard with your period when out and about and sometimes we may not be prepared for this and not have any sanitary items with us.

We would like you to know that in our bathroom unit in the drawers, you will find that it is stocked with a variety of sanitary items, deodorant and wet wipes.

Please do not hesitate to us these items.
We will always have them stocked so feel free to use them free of charge of course.

Having a period shouldn’t be an embarrassment but for some reason today’s society can make you feel embarrassed and it’s something that’s not widely spoke about.

A lot of girls suffer from period poverty (yes even today) because they simply can not afford to buy these items. Having menstrual products is not a luxury, it is a necessity and so having to pay the price for some of these products is shocking. They should be available for a fraction of the cost or even free.

Anyways, we just wanted to let you all know that we have them available for you all to use freely if you should need them when you visit the salon or to pop a few in your bag ❤️

These people do fantastic work day in day out risking their lives to try saves the lives of others

This charity needs all the donations we can give, anything you have spare is helpful

If all our clients were to give £1 each at every appointment it would work out roughly £60 a week!! That’s a massive amount of money that would go to this amazing cause
