The field of integrative health goes deep. It has to because we are multi-dimensional beings.

However, as patients, we've been brainwashed to believe that doctors fix us when we're poorly and that a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. Taking supplements is part of this conditioning. We read from DR Google that a certain supplement will help our symptoms. ITS NOT THAT SIMPLE.

All nutraceuticals impact the body-mind in different ways, and understanding the pathway of diss-ease is complex. If you, like me, have a cupboard full of supplements, it's important to understand WHY. If you feel they made no difference, then why would you keep on wasting good money? Exercise, workouts and yoga often reduce tension in the muscles and help increase strength and flexibility. Many tension patterns and contractions are deep inside the body, often without our conscious awareness. TRE (Tremor Release Exercises) uncover these less conscious but obvious tension patterns. The contractions release tension at this deeper level. When this occurs, the body takes on greater flexibility and resilience. Regarding Sleep Issues...Melatonin is a banned substance in the UK and across much of Europe due to its long-term damaging impact on natural endogenous production. However, it can be used safely with the correct dosage and integrative approach.

Trauma survives, and those with long-term stress-related illnesses are often sleep deprived and yet require circadian support where possible to help them heal. 'Regerest', from my experience, is a great example of how all forms of medicine can be both the poison and the cure...what is crucial is the tipping point (The Dosage).

Somatic experiencing teaches us to align our bodily sensations with our thoughts and emotions. The work can be liberating, but first, we must learn to make peace with the soma – the body.

When emotions get stuck, we humans disengage from our bodies and do our very best to keep busy. If continued for some time, we can develop somatic mutations. The magic combo for addressing this is safety and support because a body harboring unspent emotions is often a dark and dense place to visit alone.

The body is a fathomless intelligence, and when grounded sensitively, the muscles hold the key to longevity through existential movement. Myokines expressed by muscle fibre work to harmonize activity and metabolism in the seamless dance of wellbeing. Knitted together by our breath, we are pulsating organisms connected, via electromagnetic waves, to the universe. Every subtle ebb and flow of life and every interaction with others impacts our health.

Elation is when we achieve something that we think is outside our reach. When we achieve the seemingly impossible, we defy our limitations. Here we meet that part of ourselves that we always knew existed. If it happens in us it can happen in others.

And yet, no form of logic gives rise to such deep intelligence. You cannot think your way out of the fear of your untapped potential. Your nervous system has inbuilt mechanisms far greater than you could imagine. After all, did it not present every obstacle and challenge you have experienced to keep you safe in order to prime you for success?

When our unconscious belief system becomes aligned with joy, there is no limit to our success potential.
The journey begins where drops of improvement begin to cascade like a fountain. The shift can happen in as little as 6 weeks. But firstly, we have to learn to explore the feelings of those unspoken emotions.

When we humans begin to regain and maintain our inner terrain, the rest happens all by itself.
