One of the things we hear a lot from residents we work with, is they really appreciate the 1:1 time with their Health Coach. π
We lead such busy lives, people often don't take time to reflect, to think about about what matters to them, what they want to achieve in life and what health goals they would like to focus onπ
We love hearing feedback like this π
If you feel like you need a bit of time to focus on your health, then get in touch with the team....
