Had a fantastic time Sunday evening with Teresa Wella! At dorking halls doing live fringe trims on stage for the Claudia winkleman show. Behind the fringe! Fantastic experience 🥰🥰🥰

So today has been unreal!!! I’ve had the misfortune to meet the most rudest clients in my whole 20+ years of hairdressing! Not only were they 30 mins late, with the fact I called when they were 15 mins late to say if they are stuck in traffic, unfortunately I won’t be able to go ahead with all treatments booked as they were booked for 2pm, as they walked in at 2:30, I then had to explain I’d left a msg, which they said they hadn’t received, I informed them again I’m happy to go ahead and get what I can get done in their remaining time, but constantly was huffed and puffed at, saying we had made the mistake, I showed them our book to prove we hadn’t rubbed them out and rebooked the to ruin their day. And still said we were happy to do what we can, and rebooked the cut for another day, as they were gowned up and seated they continued to be rude to us! Now... I know anyone about to start a service for a client would not proceed if the client is rude to them, so I said once again... I understand your pi**ed off, we are trying to do the best we can for you, but if you continue to be rude then quite frankly we will not be willing to start your service! Only to be shouted at and screamed at! Which only made my points more valid. Not only did she tell me that I’d lost her £150 for her taking the time off for her afternoon,I then said well this double appointment would cost me £180! So we’ve both lost out!!! I gave her her voucher money back very quickly (£40!) and said I’m very sorry for the confusion but we are not prepared to be spoken to like this when we are trying to do the best we can to help you out, considering you are 30-40 mins late now for the appointment! Thank you and goodbye!!! Wow! I’m more than happy to take the bad review, as I myself will not be spoken to like this and certainly not my staff! Poor willow hadn’t put a foot wrong, considering she suffers from other anxiety she did amazingly but never will i put my staff in a situation where they would feel uncomfortable! Very sad! But honestly... I know I made the right decision # # #
