We’re thrilled to have Imogen joining our team as our new head chef 🍽️
Immy grew up in Surrey and has made a name for herself in the culinary world! ⬇️
🏆 Last year she was selected as one of only 10 finalists at the San Pellegrino Young Chef of the Year competition. She was the youngest competitor to represent the UK, achieving second place for her most sustainable dish.
🍽️ Prior to that she was invited to take part as a commis chef for the finalists of the Roux Scholarship Competition, who came in second and first in consecutive years.
🍽️ After working as a Chef de Partie for Ernst & Young in London, Imogen took up a position at Kinghams Restaurant in Shere, Surrey, before becoming Junior Sous for Michelin star Heston Blumenthal at The Hind's Head in Bray.
Imogen is passionate, highly motivated, and always eager to learn about new concepts of cooking and experimenting with new ingredients.
We are so lucky to have her as our new head chef. We can’t wait for you to try her delicious creations…once she is back from her two month adventure around Michelin stared kitchens in Australia.
