It's been a lovely little job converting this from an employment office to what will be a trendy sunbed shop, 90% finished now with new layout, door linings/door's/ flooring/ lights/ WC/ hygiene panels in the cubicle areas and new skirting boards/ architraves... Decorating of the pergula completed today so that's the final finishing touches..

Last planter now finished and all other planters now finished off with flower ect.

All planters now finished and ready for the customer to start filling them with beautiful flowers and plants 🪴...

Phase 1 complete..
50sq meters of composite decking with reverse perimeter board's..
As you can see, the old deck area had completely rotted due to bad design and installation problems, no support posts and joisting laid straight onto the soil.. I removed 12 tonnes of back fill before i could even start to think about the new chamber joisting.
Just the planters to redesign and install on Phase 2. Pictures to follow!!
