The technique of smudging has been used for centuries by Native Americans .
'Smudging' is the name given to the burning of sacred herbs for the purposes of cleansing the aura or home from negativity.
As well as clearing negative energy, White sage helps you to relax and also has an 'antiseptic' quality so is good to burn to boost your immunity.
Californian White Sage Sticks are approximately 4 - 5”

Each month the cosmic energies seem to be having a more powerful and profound influence on us!!
