Our kitchen will be closed from Friday 20th until Wednesday 24th September and we’ve got a *very* good reason… Richard, our kitchen partner, food wizard and all-around culinary legend, has not one, but TWO epic celebrations coming up! 🎉

First, he's turning the big 5-0 on Friday (half a century of pure food magic! 🍽️✨), and THEN, on Saturday, he’s tying the knot with the love of his life, Sian! 💍❤️

So, naturally, Richard will be off-duty for a few days.

We’re sure you’ll join us in wishing him a fantastic birthday and an even more fantastic wedding weekend!

He’ll be back in action cooking up his culinary delights on Wednesday 24th September and something tells us Richard will return with a few extra toasts to share. 🥂🎂

Craving the *best* fish & chips on the Isle of Man? 🐟🍟 Maybe you’re more of a juicy cajun chicken bites type? 🍗🔥 Or perhaps it’s a creamy asparagus & pea risotto that gets your taste buds dancing? 🥄💚

We’re looking for a floor superstar/s to run table service for our week day evening & Saturday food hours.

We are looking for someone for Monday, Wednesday-Friday 17:30-20:00 & Saturdays 12:00-17:00, (circa 19 hours per week).

Possibility of hours on a Sunday from next month as we look to re-launch our Sunday roasts.

We are SO excited to be continuing our event schedule on North Quay, the Euros gave such a great atmosphere (even if not the result!) and next up is one for the families and music lovers! Get down early for a good seat and to watch some incredible bands! RNLI Douglas will be down there with a stall and collecting for their amazing cause.
