Maintenance Assistant

This position will cover 3 hotels within the group. The main duties will include general building maintenance such as basic plumbing - diagnosing and fixing leaks, minor painting & decorating, fitting shelves’ & adjusting doors, maintaining & fixing broken items in rooms & in other areas of the buildings. It covers all general day-to-day upkeep of the hotels.

Hotel Receptionists

We have positions at both the Palace Hotel & Casino & the Sefton Hotel for a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for most of our guests, you must be friendly & approachable with excellent customer service & communication skills, along with the ability to be highly organised.

We are looking for new team members to join our Food & Beverage department at the Sefton Hotel. As an F&B assistant, the positions are varied from covering the breakfast shifts to special events. Full training will be offered for all areas. You must have a high level of customer service and be willing to assist our customers and hotel guests during their visit. ***Housekeeping Assistant Vacancy***
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Housekeeping Team at the Sefton Hotel.
The main duties will include the servicing of guest bedrooms/public areas and laundry tasks.
A high level of attention to detail is required, along with the ability to work to a high standard, even when under pressure.
The role will involve shift work and will cover weekends and bank holidays. The shift working hours are 8am-4pm or 1pm-9pm and sometimes 10am-6pm. Applicants must be over 18 years old with no unspent criminal convictions.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to work within our Reception Team based in the Sefton Hotel. As a Hotel Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for all hotel guests / visitors to the hotel and therefore you must have excellent customer service, good communication skills and be highly organised. The successful candidate must be self motivated and willing to be flexible with the duties required. The position requires the successful applicant to be able to work shifts, 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm, along with some weekends. Full training will be provided on the hotel computer system.
