Our small dedicated team provide specialist advice to small holders, farmers, landowners and large scale commercial operatives. We are expanding and so require a new team member to support our Land Agents & Rural Surveyors.
The role will include:-
⭐️General office tasks such as diary management, client identification checks and dealing with incoming/outgoing post
⭐️Managing our electronic filing system
⭐️Setting up documents and templates - proof reading and formatting
⭐️Audio typing of letters and reports
⭐️Answering telephones and taking enquiries
⭐️Invoicing
⭐️Preparation and management of archive storage
⭐️Data input
