We are writing this post to inform our customers of slanderous photos/comments posted to a local takeaway review site. The photo shows a neutral coloured plaster planted into a customers meal. We would like to reassure all our customers that NO staff member was injured and using a plaster during the preparation of the food and this was planted there by the customer. All members of staff abide by food hygiene safety measures at all times and had there been the need for a plaster, coloured plasters would have been used as per food hygiene regulations.

This behaviour is deeply disappointing as well as the threatening abusive language received to the driver and over the phone by said customer.

We would like to encourage our customers to ignore this false accusation and continue to feel safe to use us as normal.

Recently we have also been faced with a number of fake orders and prank phone calls that not only causes food waste,loss of money to the business but also wastes our time and other customers time as these orders delay us from getting genuine orders out to our regular customers 😢
