50% of ALL proceeds will be donated to charity. Please don’t hesitate to share this post with your family and friends who may be interested.

Another absolutely delightful 3 layer fresh fruit and fresh cream cake order from the weekend!

This one had a subtle apricot jam and strawberries 🍓 and peaches 🍑 mixed through the fresh cream layers 😋 👌 enjoyed by all so I'm told 😆😊 I really love making cakes with fruit toppings, they brighten it up and they complement the flavours of the cream and sponge so well!

Always freshly bought good quality fruit the day of the order too 😇

One for the chocolate 🍫 lovers! This triple layer chocolate fudge cake turned out amazingly soft, gooey and just the right amount of rich! Perfectly complimented with some cream, custard or on its own. 😋🥰

Attempted these truly scrumptious cookie cupcakes today..stuffed with Nutella, Biscoff and Golden Blond chocolate spreads! What one will you have? So far we have quality tested Biscoff and the Golden Blond.. I can confirm they are AMAZING! 🙈😜

Also made some regular gooey cookies with Smarties Eggs and Milkyway Magic Stars and Dairy Milk chunks! Perfect to have with a cuppa 🍵 or glass of milk 🥛 🤔

I LOVE making these giant birthday cookies! The choices are endless when it comes to toppings too! These were for a special wee one's 2nd birthday 🎂 and they went so well with the duck theme!

First time making one of these delightful fresh cream semi naked cakes 🎂 to order! Customer requested the 3 fruits along with raspberry jam and cream filling 😍🔥👌

When using fruit for any bakes I always ensure it's sweet and of the highest standard and bought fresh for the bake itself 👌👌👌

Thought a little treat was in order for us and some family visiting from far yesterday..nothing goes down better with a cuppa than a fresh cream and raspberry jam sponge cake! So light and the tartness of that jam just puts it together well 👌🥰 along with some Cadbury's Caramel and milk chocolate chunk cookie squares 🙈🤗

I look forward to having the leftovers later 😜

I've got two words for you...Toffee Crisp 🙀🙀 and old but delicious classic 👌 so I thought I'd experiment yet again and make Toffee Crisp brownies!

What do you guys think? Are they a yes or a no from you? Take a look at just how gooey and fudgey they've turned out! 🙈 there is literally nothing worse than a dry cakey brownie!!!

So I usually only make us celebration cakes for the house and immediate family but thought I'd make a little thank you cake for our lovely neighbours today 😊 ☺ turned out well...sometimes the simple flavours of jam and fresh cream along with soft fluffy vanilla sponge cake can't be beaten 👌👌👌
