Update; Early evening Cafe wont be running during the October School holiday but it will be back serving warm delicious food to thereafter. The early evening Cafe is open Tuesdays and Wednesday evenings from 3:30 - 6pm

At the community fridge we are experiencing reduced food supplies so will restrict our opening days to Wednesdays and Thursdays 10-2pm

Hopefully we could secure more food in the near future

Unfortunately due to persistent rain our trip to Craigtoun Park on Wednesday has had to be cancelled. The weather forecast for Wednesday is more rain. We will reschedule a big day out for the October holidays and perhaps go to somewhere more indoors.. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for a good family day out at a venue that could accommodate approximately 80 children and families.

Craigtoun Park Wednesday 2nd of August Reminder

Hello all I look forward to our trip to Craigtoun park on Wednesday The buses will leave from Turnberry avenue , near the complex at 10 am and return approximately 4:30 p.m.

This big day out will be a great tie for children and families and is made possible by the funds raised in our Charity shop. Well done to all our volunteers

Our Community Fridge and Charity shop is open tomorrow 10-2pm also our early evening meals ( £1per meal) will start at 3:30 in Cafe Ardler so please come along. We will have lots of food available at the fridge tomorrow including a donation from KFC....

All of this is made possible by the efforts of our volunteers, donations from Bookers, Tesco and KFC along with funding from Scottish Governments Community well being fund and Dundee Partnership.

Tomorrow our community fridge is open between 11 am and 1 pm we have free food available so please come along and enjoy a friendly welcome from our wonderful volunteers. Since we started we have given out more than 5000 meals to the Ardler community. This both helps people with the cost of living crisis and helps reduce food waste. Be great to see you tomorrow. Reminder .. Please come along to the Ardler Community Complex on Tuesday for the Christmas Tree lighting event at 5PM on Tuesday the 6th of December. It is sure to be a great event and the early evening cafe will serve free food from 330 pm... We hope Santa will make an appearance and to hear young children singing in the Choir. It's gonna be good - all welcome ....
