Summit FS are are now approved by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) as an installer of EV chargepoints.

Our team gathered in Dundee last week to mark the the retirement of industry stalwart Ian Fleming. We all wish Ian a healthy and enjoyable retirement after a 55 year long career, his knowledge, experience and enthusiasm will be missed by all at Summit FS.

Happy birthday to our apprentice joiner, Harrison who recently celebrated his 18th. Harrison works with our teams carrying out void relet works, property refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom replacements as well as maintenance work. As part of his apprenticeship Harrison attends Dundee and Angus College

Summit FS are looking for a labourer or joiners mate to join our team. This is a permanent job with competitive pay.

The job will include assisting our all trades teams on property refurb projects, typical duties would include stripping out, disposing of waste, collecting materials and general labouring.

Experience of this type of work is essential as is a full driving license.

Electrical Safety Fire Week

New Smoke Alarm Legislation became mandatory in Scotland in February 2022.

All homes including rented must have interlinked smoke alarms so that when one alarm goes off, they all go off to ensure you are aware that a potential fire has been detected.
