Just posting a little face behind the page post for anyone who doesn’t know me or what I do.

I’m a busy mum of three beautiful children, everyday I juggle the responsibilities of caring for my family, studying towards my degree & pursuing my career aspirations. This can be challenging at times so I always make sure to take some time out for some self-care. When I have the chance I spend time at the gym, spas and book in for regular self care treatments such as massages as it allows me time to relax and recharge.

I believe taking care of yourself is essential for your health and wellbeing both emotionally and physically. That’s why I decided to become a massage therapist to help others embrace the power of self-care and become the best version of themselves.

I am a qualified holistic massage therapist, helping others to relive pain, reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and aid in relaxation.

I currently offer full body massage, hot stone massage, Indian head massage, facials and cupping therapy. I’m continuously learning new techniques and looking at other treatments so I can add more exciting treatments in the future. ✨

Monday massage & cupping session for my lovely client this morning ✨

Cupping marks are a result of the blood being pulled into that area. The darker the mark, the more stagnant fluids (toxins, blood and lymph) were brought up during treatment. The marks can last anywhere from a few hours to several days & the more often you receive cupping for the same issue, the lighter the marks will be.
