🍂 October Treatment of the Month 🍂

This warming treatment begins with a relaxing hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage with a warm seasonal pumpkin spice infused oil to help ease all those aches and pains.

The deep relaxation continues with a treat for your eyes, a heated eye mask, whilst you enjoy a de-stressing scalp massage and to finish a relaxing Reiki session. During the whole treatment, the heated blanket will be on to keep you cosy.

Treatment time: 60 minutes (£60)

You’ll all be happy to know I got through the Kiltwalk today! We completed the 20 miles in 5 hours 48 minutes which was amazing especially in the heat (legs and feet not feeling too bad either 🤣). We were also met at the finish line by Amber and Willow 🐶🐶

Heartbreaking to hear about Rob Burrow’s passing yesterday. Both himself and Doddie raised so much awareness of MND plus funds to support others and research, whilst battling this horrendous disease themselves. It is more important than ever that both their work and efforts are continued so that treatments can be found so other families are supported and have hope when receiving a MND diagnosis.

As many of you know, my own family have gone through this and it's devastating. This is why I have a charity tin in my treatment room to help raise funds for both My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and MND Scotland.
