Does anyone in Dundee know where to get tinned pumpkin? Was going to try a new flavour (pumpkin and cinnamon) of cupcake today - spent aged trying to find pumpkin in various different shops but couldn't find any.

Can't wait for the Compassionate Living Fair on Saturday! It's where I did my very first cake stall last year which means that Betty's Bakehouse is one year old - isn't that cute!

Just to say that I won't be taking orders until next Wednesday (19th Oct.). I have an exam on the Tuesday which I'm terrified about! BUT after that I'll be doing some Christmas cupcakes so I'll be taking orders for Christmas next week :)

Also, just wanted to add that if you win the auction you can have the cakes whenever you like and decorated how ever you like :)

Sorry I've been quiet recently - really busy with non-cake stuff at the moment, though all that should be finished by mid-October. But was thinking yesterday, for Xmas, instead of people putting orders in perhaps I should just have a couple of days where I make loads of cakes and people can come along and choose what they want? Like a shop in my house! I'd still take orders too though for those that need the cakes delivered. Not sure if that would be a good idea - let me know what you think.

I have a stall at the Monfieth Theatre today until 4pm. Flavours I have: Vanilla, Strawberry, Banoffee, Mocha & Cookie Dough. Come down for a Bank Holiday treat!

Sorry I've been quiet lately - been so busy with various things! I'm on holiday from today until next Sunday so will deal with all orders etc. when I get back.

I haven't been on here for ages because my computer has been broken, but have posted some photos - a few new flavours :)

Had a great day today, even though I missed out on the sunshine. Thank you to all the lovely people who came to buy cakes over the weekend!

Just a reminder that I'm at the craft fair at Forbes of Kingennie today until 7pm. Lots of other lovely stalls including vintage jewellery.

That's me set up at the Morningside Makers' Market. Two new flavours - chocolate-cherry (a more sturdy version of the one pictured using cherry jam instead of sauce) and coffee-walnut.

This weekend I will also have a stall on Sunday at Forbes of Kingennie (country resort just outside Dundee) from 12-7pm

On Saturday I will be at the Morningside Makers' Market in Edinburgh. Flavours: chocolate-cherry, vanilla, coffee-walnut, strawberry, cookie dough.

I now have gluten-free cupcakes available :)

The fair today is in a hall within the play park on Castle Green. Hope you can make it!

The Mighty Finn

Hi, check out this page for some Mighty Fundraising for TCCL (Tayside Leaukaemia Charity). It's a great effort by a big brother and his friends to raise some money for a worthy cause, in honour of his little 2yr old bro. The donation link is in the 'Info' section. Thanks!

My brother Finn is 2 years old and he has Leukaemia. He was diagnosed on the 10th of April 2011, since then he has spent a lot of time in hospital. First he was in the Sick Kids Hospital in Edinburgh and now he is getting a lot of treatment at the Tayside Children's Hospital based in Ninewells, Dundee. He is constantly making me laugh with his little dance to the Thomas the Tank Engine theme tune:D He is very brave and a pretty cool little bro!

Me and my friends Jacob, Craig and Josh have decided to to raise some money by cycling from our school ,Wormit Primary, to the Bridgeview station cafe restaurant on Riverside in Dundee and back.

We are raising money TCCL (pronounced tickle) who are a charity that help families who have a child with cancer. And we have now made this page!:D
