Just a reminder of my cancellation policy.

Please note that if you need to cancel for any reason - the cancellation policy is as follows -

Less than 48 hours notice = 50% charge*

Less than 24 hours notice = 100% charge*

*charge will be calculated on the cost of treatments booked.

What a difference a lash lift and a brow tidy does.

I know I’ve said this before but I just want to highlight (especially as it’s nearly the very busy season) that I would really appreciate minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellations. Without this I will have to charge 100% of appointment.
I know the majority of cancellations can’t be helped but this is my source of income. If you dont give me enough notice then I cannot fill that appointment space and therefore I do not get paid. I also have a family and have bills to pay.
Apologies if this comes across as a rant (it genuinely isn’t) but I have to make myself clear.
