Installation works are progressing well at our recent project with RG Group in Nottingham for Unite Students. 121 studios, 150 cluster bedrooms and 25 cluster kitchens.
The updated colour scheme and designs look fantastic too!
Well done to the site team on this excellent delivery and installation of our UK manufactured products.

That's it for another year, what a fantastic couple of days at Housing 24 catching up with clients and friends old and new. JTC Furniture Group is fortunate to have these guys working for us, they have all put in a shift and a half at the event making sure all visitors to the stand were looked after.

We are looking forward to next year at Housing 25.

After we were able to support JTC employee Mark's granddaughter with our Q1 grant round, Mark organised a sponsored walk for the JTC team to take part in 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

They raised an ASTOUNDING £1,825! 🥰 Thank you so much to the JTC team, we massively appreciate your incredible support 🎉🌈

On Saturday 18th May a group from JTC took part in a 10 mile circular hike reaching the summits of both the West & East Lomond Hills in Fife. In doing so they raised around £1500.00 (total tbc) for the local charity Cash for Kids (Tay FM) who kindly helped out our colleagues family with a large donation towards a special bed for his granddaughter Cassie, which will make life more comfortable and easier for Cassie and her mum, now and for years to come.

Well done to everyone who took part in the charity walk, Lee, Mark, Steve, Ged, Richard, Kerr, Lukasz, Graeme, Rich, Tam and Leanne.

Colin and Steven completed the Great North Run in the searing South Tyneside heat yesterday! An incredible achievement for both! They would not manage without great support throughout by Coach Lynne Gibson, Chris Backhouse, Justine Henson, Sarah, Erin and Sinead.

So far, they raised over fantastic £1,500 for Breast Cancer Now.

All final donations and monies due must be in before 12pm on Friday 15th September for submission to Breast Cancer Now.

One more PBSA almost complete. Great teamwork to get this over the line for RG Group and Unite Students. Fitout started mid January to 705 bedrooms, 94 cluster kitchens & 40 studio kitchens including appliances along with pinboards and mirrors at Morriss House, Derby Road Nottingham.
Fantastic looking building, well done to all involved.

As part of JTC Furniture Group's yearly commitment to raise funds for charity, Colin & Steven from our team are running the Great North Run to raise money for Breast Cancer Now. Seasoned runner Lynne Gibson, who earlier this year completed the six World Marathon Majors, will be on-hand to provide some much-needed encouragement and advice as team coach.

Breast Cancer Now are the UK's leading breast cancer research charity and offer a wide range of services including life-changing care and help with understanding your diagnosis. In addition to this, they also fund various breast cancer research schemes with a focus on how to prevent, help save lives and live well with Breast Cancer.

Huge congratulations to our Survey Support Manager Lynne Gibson on completing the Tokyo Marathon and achieving her 6th & final star in The World Marathon Majors. Well done Lynne from all at JTC.

The World Marathon Majors is a championship-style competition for marathon runners that started in 2006. A points-based competition founded on six major marathon races recognised as the most high-profile on the calendar, the series comprises annual races for the cities of Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago and New York.

In conjunction with Dundee and Angus College, JTC Furniture Group have developed a new Kitchen Installation Apprenticeship. Our first intake of 4 apprentices are now fully enrolled in the course and have been working hard on their new skills in our in-house training area. Within a short period of the time, utilising the skills they have learnt so far, the apprentices are already able to fit a standard kitchen using only hand tools.

This is a fantastic achievement and is a credit to the work put in by the apprentices and our in-house trainer. We are looking forward to growing and developing this programme over the coming years.

Due to our continued sustainable growth in the North East of England we are looking to recruit an additional Kitchen Surveyor/Project Manager to work on our Housing Association and Local Authority contracts in the region. An exciting day for JTC Furniture Group as the first stock arrives at our new North East Regional distribution hub and office. The hub will not only service our partners in the region but has already resulted in employment opportunities with an initial 3 new roles created.

Another student accommodation refurb complete for us in Manchester.
Parkway Gate consists of over 900 cluster bedrooms and associated kitchens, all supplied and installed with brand new furniture for RG Group and Unite Students. Our package of works commenced in March and was a huge achievement to complete for the new student intake.
