We have just finished a full renovation of the Longforgan Bowling club. From stripping back to the existing walls and ceilings to re-slating the roof and fresh roughcasting! It’s been a joy to work with the club members through out the project. Having grown up in the village myself, I thank them all for having me involved.

I think the pictures speak for them selves when I say it required a makeover! 🔨

Here’s another project nearing completion. This was certainly a different design than normal! From foundations to final finishings my team at Robbie Millar Joinery LTD were on site along with DH Handyman services.

We removed an old brick built garage and have extended the house with adding this amazing new living space. With in this new build we have created a 3rd toilet, a cloak room and a spacious vestibule.

Within the existing part of the house we have completely rearranged the space. From adding a new master bedroom with en-suite, A large kitchen/diner with a larder and utility room! Along with new skirtings/facings and doors and windows through out, we have fitting this stunning new kitchen finished in a deep blue custome paint with granite tops.

The clients, Gavin and Pauline, have been fantastic through out from start to finish and so will look forward coming back for any future work 🔨👌🏻

This is yet another job coming to an end, one of two extensions we had on in the 2nd half of this year. A new kitchen dining area has been created letting in lots of natural light with 3 large Velux windows in a vaulted roof. New outdoor decking area will be finished in the new year so watch this space 👀!

Here’s another project almost complete! A stunning flat roof extension out the rear of this lovely bungalow. The whole back wall of the existing building was removed to open plan the new kitchen/living area. After finding and replacing the rotten floor joists we rearranged the floor plan of the house to create a large family bathroom which includes a sun tunnel to let in some natural light. There’s also Underfloor heating through out which is great especially for this time of year!

The pictures really don’t do this house justice, but the customer and I are both delighted with the outcome!

Another awesome review left on my yell page this evening! We Replaced Hannah and Sam’s front door which was an old timber door past it’s best with a new UPVC door.
