Sneak preview of two of our clients cottages in Carnoustie that are going to be released for sale very soon by Verdala. We’re always happy to support local artists but just wished in this case they’d asked us first before using our Listed Building as their canvas 😂

A couple of months ago we shared a sneak preview of a very special new build house Blair, Rachael and Alex have been working on 😍 Here’s the rest of the design images, pre application submitted, fingers crossed the planners like it 🤞🏼

Site visit to check on progress of this project to convert and extend an existing steading into two houses in Angus. I was blown away by the standard of the stonework and what makes it all the more impressive is our clients done all the work by themselves 🙌

Excited to see this new build house start on site in the next couple of weeks, watch this space for its progress 😍 Have a great weekend folks 😎

How time flies! This house currently for sale in the Westend of Dundee with Verdala was our 85th project (2013). Check out the feature bath in the master bedroom suite with views of the Tay 😍 The project involved converting the attic to form 2 additional bedrooms and reconfiguring the ground floor.

Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent applications submitted this week for the internal refurbishment and external alterations including a Landscaped Courtyard to allow our Client Strathmore Estates to reopen the Strathmore Arms in Glamis. Great job by Rosie and Katrina 🙌

We love the variety of buildings we get to work on, with all sorts of sizes and types of projects. This week we surveyed these quirky log cabins, can’t wait to work our magic on them 😎

Katrina and myself went on a tour of Highland Perthshire today to check on the progress of a number of projects we have on site and to meet a couple of clients at their existing properties we are working on. Here’s some pictures of a very nearly complete new build house designed by yours truly and aided by Douglas 😍
