Handed over our last bathroom of 2022 yesterday. Thanks to Care Electrical Contractors Ltd for the wiring & MKM Building Supplies for the design and supplying the bathroom, great service by all.

Our client here couldn’t get their building warrant as they had no evidence that their new opening had been carried out to the correct specification.

As it transpired they hadn’t carried it out to the correct spec. (See expanding foam as a filler to load bearing lintol) 🤦🏽‍♂️

The lesson here is to always seek advice from professionals, especially if you are attempting it yourself, and always carry the work out to the specification shown on your warrant drawings. Better still, get a professional to do it for you…..it’ll come back to bite you if you don’t.
