We're hiring! It's that time of year where we've got a few gaps to fill.

A few of our team are heading off on Summertime adventures and one is about to be a mumma so we are looking for people to join our team.

Where you'll work:
At one of the longest established and busiest cafes in Dundee. Independently run with a focus on providing a warm, welcoming environment with simple, tasty and fresh food and drinks.

Pros:
No super early mornings or late nights - we open 10am - 4pm, 7 days per week.
Flexible hours for the right people
Food/drinks on shift
Shared tips
Above min wage pay (rate dependent on age and experience)
Casual dress code
Variety in your work day - we all do a bit of everything
A fun work environment

Cons:
When it's hot in the cafe, it's REALLY HOT!
When it's busy, it's REALLY BUSY!
We all do a bit of everything - including cleaning, clearing tables, dishes etc.

Who we are looking for:
* Ideally you'll have relevant hospitality experience - particularly barista and food prep experience.
* Ability to pick up new proceses quickly and be able to multitask
* Part time or full time hours depending on applicant availability- we are really looking for the right people not trying to fill certain hours. Minimum requirement April - October with possibility of extending beyond that.
* Potentially also looking for someone to take on a supervisory/key holder role.

We've been working with our wonderful supplier and are now bringing you even better, all natural rainbow bagels. No synthetic colours here in these hand rolled, boiled then baked traditional bagels 🌈

Just a little reminder of our hours over the festive period and about our "open house" on Christmas Day.
From 12noon-4pm we will be open for anyone who would like to come in. Hot drinks, soup, cakes and mince pies available at no charge. Winter days made better...

Room service at the Chateau NHS in Ninewells resort 😉 Everyone loves a weekend away but this wasn't quite what I was planning!

Unfortunately a little unplanned surgery will have me out of action for a while. Everything has gone well and am being well looked after by the fab staff here.

As always my amazing team are stepping up to fill the gaps in the cafe but please keep an eye on any announcements regarding changing to opening hours if necessary. Thanks also to wonderful family & friends for everything 💖
