Another Birthday! ...and time to try out a new cake recipe!! Strawberry and Prosecco Celebration cake.
Four layers of sponge cake filled with buttercream, jam, fresh strawberries, and decorated with homemade mini meringues and white chocolate Shards. All taste testers have gave it the thumbs up!! 🥰😍🥳

So.... I thought young farmers were just fussy about what colour of tractor they drove!! But actually the boots and belts they wear are just as important too!! 😄.....you've got to look the part !!😅
So for Haydens special birthday I created this cake, with boots shaped from rice krispies and marshmallows and then covered in fondant. Belt made from fondant too and of course we had to make his favourite colour of tractor!!

🌿WATERFALL WEDDING - PART TWO🌿

The second cake of course had to be a waterfall cake! 💖🥰🌿
Three tiered cake, flavours were plain, Chocolate and red velvet, covered in Chocolate ganache. All decorations were handmade and a beautiful acrylic silouette cake topper of the Bride and Groom and their two special dogs, added the finishing touch to the cake! 🥰

I had the pleasure in making not one...but two cakes for a lovely couple who got married on Friday...... at the bottom of a waterfall!! 💖🥰🌿

This unique wedding venue needed some very special cakes!!! 😄
So keeping with the natural theme, the first cake was created with red velvet and chocolate ganache logs! decorated with fern, ivy and pine cones, all handmade from Fondant!
And some gluten free cupcakes to match! 🥰🌿💖
