Next up, we have Angela from our Ochiltree pharmacy, nominated by Area Support Manager, Gemma.

Angela has overhauled the MDS process in Ochiltree and is the go to person for patients and GPs alike. Angela ensures her patients receive optimal care and service by going the extra mile where needed- like driving 20 mile round trips to obtain stock for a patient’s prescription. On top of this, Angie has taken the lead with the launch of our new delivery app, PharmDel, which in a pharmacy that does around 90 deliveries per day is no mean feat! In addition to this, in the past month, she has covered staff absence in her branch and other branches and all while passing her dispensers course first time! 💊

"Chloe is a great role model and always demonstrates a positive attitude, even when tough challenges present. Chloe has been a massive support to her team whilst they didn’t have a manager, and during this time she really stepped up, provided guidance to her colleagues, and worked alongside them to keep the pharmacy running smoothly. Whilst doing this, she still managed to work through and complete her ACT course which is a great achievement! It is no small task in moving a Pharmacy from one location to another in such a short space of time, but when you have to remain open for the majority of this it makes the task in hand even more of a challenge! The team have worked extremely hard to make this happen and we are delighted to see a fresh new pharmacy open on time this morning at the usual opening time of 9am! This would never have been achieved without the hard work of the whole team, and operations team involved in the success of such a move."

All the way from Glasgow Green out to Balloch, Loch Lomond, the amazing team made up of RMP colleagues both past and present, Mike, Richard, Amy, Martin, Ian, Jade & Diane absolutely smashed the 22.6 mile challenge of the Glasgow Kiltwalk Mighty Stride, all in aid of our charity partner, Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.
