**Meet the designer**

Hello everyone and welcome to any new followers. I hope you’re well! I thought I’d give a quick ‘meet the designer’ introduction and a small background sneak peak into how JHHD started.

If you don’t know me, my name is Jonathan, or Johnny for short and I run a small graphic design business in Leith, Edinburgh. Established in 2020, I’ve had the pleasure of working with wonderful and talented clients who had been incredibly supportive and positive through out this course and have seen first hand the business grow. In 2022 JHHD went through a small rebrand as I wanted to focus more in freelance. It was great to see the amount of feedback I received and I felt so more motivated and enthusiastic.

From my recent rebrand, you’re probably wondering why I used the colours Blue & Yellow.
For the blue…I love the sea, its a place that I feel comfortable, relaxed and at home. We used in live in Isle of Lewis and booking a day out to the beach was always a priority - any day off we had. Heading out to the beaches to run head first into the cold Atlantic sea. If we were keen enough, we would leave the wetsuits at home and just take swim wear. Mad right?? Such a wonderful feeling getting into the sea and great hangover cure

Yellow has a couple of reasons, I love the sun and I love Sunflowers. Yellow is one my favourite colours and the sunflower has amazing qualities. They look amazing and they always love finding the sun.

I hope you leant a thing or two about me and my business!

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has stuck around since the beginning and has been on this journey with me. There’s plenty more journeys too - 2023 is set to be a big year for JHHD…something new is coming. I’m very excited for this year and the months to come!
