✨Returning to Work✨

Hi everyone! Sorry for being a bit delayed in the return to work post, just took more time adjusting to new life as a mama, I’m due to start back beginning of sept part time 3 days/week. Next week I’ll be in 1 day, following week 2 days to get back into it then go from there🙂

For the first couple of months I’ll post what’s available dates/times on a first come, first served basis, I won’t be able to book months in advance at the moment untill I establish the best days that work for me and the little one.

I will have a new deposit system and cancellation policy in place which will be posted later on.

Keep an eye on my next post with the first dates/times I have available, I will post tonight when I’m back with my new diary 😍

Born Saturday 1st June at 2.49am
7lbs 3oz and the most precious perfect thing we have ever laid our eyes on. Totally in love💕

Apologies for the total radio silence on this page, I had meant to make a post about being in maternity and some other updates but by the time I got round to it, this little beautiful tinker decided to come a week early 😅💕

As everyone who has been to the salon knows we are a very close knit salon, we love our clients and have great relationships with them old and new, so I wanted to share this amazing life experience with you all and a few pics of our beautiful girl (a few raw, in the moment ones too so excuse the teary face!) never been so emotional in all my life)

I will be back on here soon to let you know some important updates etc for the salon, including our new beautician! In the meantime you can still contact the salon on 01914477729 and speak to the girls within opening hours for any apps with them 😘💕

✨Happy New Year - What’s to come in Jan✨

Wishing all our lovely clients a happy new year and hope everyone had an amazing Christmas!
We are back open tomorrow ready to start 2024 salon life!!

A few things to note …

✨There will be a free to enter January giveaway in the coming weeks to start the year off with a bang and express our gratitude to each and every one of our clients 🥰 so keep your eyes peeled!

✨As of tomorrow (Thursday 4th January) there will be a price increase for services with myself (Niki), this will be across all cutting/colouring services, if you are clients of my other ladies Sarah/Donna please check Hair by Sarah and Hair By Donna for any seperate updates involving their services.

✨There will be a sale on retail products coming up this month! Lots of bargains to be had!

✨Appointments are very limited at the moment so please remember to book in advance, if you have to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in plenty time where possible🙂 we have a cancellation policy that we will be quite strict on enforcing this year due to the amount of last minute cancellations/no shows and rescheduling last year, we understand things crop up and unforeseen circumstances happen but we have to think of our own time and wages aswell. You will find the policy pinned to the top of the page. Thank you for understanding!

✨ And lastly….. for any of my clients who were asking to find out about my gender scan that I was going for on Xmas Eve…we are having a wee girl💕 possibly another little hairdresser in the making🤭💁🏼‍♀️

🎅🏼🎄Hello December, A little Update and Announcement 🎄🎅🏼

Hi everyone, Niki here, A few days late but here we are in December! We have been quite quiet on the page so apologies for that we have had a few things going on….

First of all I have a little announcement, there will be a new mini addition coming June 2024 in my life ❤️👶 I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant!! 😅🥰 a few of you will already know since I have seen you in the last week but we have waited until my first proper scan for the general post🙂

There will be posts to follow this week regarding appointment availability for December and January, also we have the Xmas retail packs made up again alongside the £10 mystery bags back by popular demand 🙂 normally I’d also have posted my Xmas window pic by now but I’m so behind in doing it so that’s also to be done this week! Can I blame baby brain yet?!?😂

✨Charity Bottle and Raffle Drop off✨

We have teamed up with the lovely St Cuthbert's Hospice to be a drop off point for any bottle or chocolate, teddies or raffle prize donations for their Christmas fair, if anyone would like to donate anything just pop in to the salon with it and drop in the box🙂 donations will be open untill 20th November❤️

We changed up the colour for Leanne this time, we had went back to traditional highlights about a year ago now we have brought the rooted and dimensional look back with highlights lowlights, root smudge and a good tone😍 alongside a refit of full head nanos

One of Nikis new clients from the other week, we did a whole revamp to fix the old dull blonde and the colour underneath was so dark and brassy, no texture or dimension so we’ve highlighted, lowlighted, root shadowed and toned our way to a new colour completely! The aim is to get a little brighter over time 😍

Another set of extensions yesterday, for the lovely Sarah, removal, full highlight, tone and refit😍

Highlight, root smudge, tone and full set of 16” nano extensions for this beaut last week, her first set and she’s in love😍 absolutely perfect match, we used a mix of tones to create a more natural effect!

Late one last night finished off with this lovely grey and pink🥰 client already has natural grey/white coming through her dark hair so we highlighted through and then used the Elumen range grey to enhance it with added flashes of pink through for a change up!
