Good very late evening!
Although it is in the middle of exam season (Good luck everyone!), I'd like to introduce you Green Move Out, an intercollegiate project to collect furniture donations from students for local charities so that less waste is produced and more pre-loved things are put to good use.
If you are considering of moving at the end of this term, this is a great opportunity to find a new home for the furniture that you don't need anymore. This year, Butler Green comm is working with Shaid, and we welcome donations of pots, pans, crockery, and bedding. You might wanna start planning what and when to donate if you'd like to participate!
Don't worry if you want to donate other furniture! Simply dm this page, Zhuoqing Victoria Gu or Kian Hayles-Cotton about what you'd like to donate, and we will try to transfer them to colleges that welcome these donations.
Stay tuned for more posts!
