After the recent government announcement, for at least another 4 weeks we will continue as we have been in the City. Table service, track and trace, one way system, masks when not seated and hand sanitizer on every table
On a brighter note we’re open everyday from 12 and we now have a roof top terrace beer garden available, come enjoy the sun with us while it lasts ☀️🌅🕶

Due to a change in local government guidelines we are only allowing tables of 6 people max, which need to be from the same household or support bubble.

Our closing time will be 10pm, last orders will be called at 9.15pm and we ask that all customers to leave no later than 9.45pm.

We want you to be able to enjoy your experience in The City all we ask is you follow the guidelines set out, this includes:

As we’re hearing of some establishments closing due to Covid, we are doing all we can to stay open and keep our guests as safe as we can.
We will be conducting a new weekly deep clean which includes the use of a fogger, utilising a product called Xtra Protect to guarantee unrivalled levels of hygiene. This mist based vapour produced by the fogger penetrates every nook and cranny. Supplied and conducted by UHC.
The City is sterilised daily using Xtra Protect which is both EN1276 & EN14476 certified and tested against Covid, this product actually remains active for up to 8 days after application on surfaces.
We also.....
1. sanitise between sittings Xtra Protect is used to sanitise customer seating areas and touch points
2. our cutlery is individually wrapped
3. Our bar area is safely zoned and we utilise space to ensure maximum distance between tables
4. We adhere to a strict one way system
5. Hand gels are available throughout including in our washrooms, we are encouraging customer hand sanitising at every opportunity
6. Face masks are provided to our guests if required
